“Nice little place for two. Spotless, with plenty of quality towels and linens, easy check-in, and entry. Washer/Dryer a big plus. A map to show location of unit would be helpful. The bed was a bit soft for us and a KS would make this place perfect. Great location on the sound. ”

“The room was not ready when we arrived. I called the front office and after 15 minutes they informed me that the cleaning staff was done and we could go up. After carrying all of our stuff upstairs we saw the cleaning staff still finishing up the room so we waited. 30 minutes later we were finally about to enter the room. Had we been informed that it wouldn’t be ready for another hours ahead of time we wove just the beach.”

“We found the location to be very convenient. A short walk across the street to the beach very close to the pier (which has shade). Kids loved the pool. Having the dedicated parking spots was nice. Though we were here in peak summer we did not have any issues with parking even beyond the two dedicated spots. Only note i'd make is that all the bedrooms are on the second or third floor. not an issue for us but something to consider if you have guests with stair challenges. Grocery store is……

“It was so nice to get away and enjoy the beach and the pool with my family. We come to the Carolina coast every year. We usually flip between Emerald Isle and Top Sail Beach. This location and Condo was perfect. ”

“Good location off of silver lake. The fridge was not working and freezer was frosted over. The air conditioning unit is noisy and does not cool that well. Unit was clean and sheets were in good shape.”

“E1 at Grande Villas is a beautiful Unit. Well taken care of and updated. Super clean. The entire complex is beautiful. Really liked the designated parking spaces outside and in the garage. ”

“This was one of our best experiences with VRBO places that we stayed at. It was very clean & well equipped. Loved that it was on the beach. The property manager was fantastic - always answered all of our questions promptly. ”
