Find the Victorian charm you expect in this renovated, whole house rental is 2600 sq. ft . 5 Bed/3 Baths , 1.5 blocks to beach & Washington Plaza. Sleeps 13, central A/C, free parking, 10 beach badges/chairs, wifi, washer/dryer, gas BBQ along with all of the modern conveniences of a new home, just steps to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Located on North Street, this historic home is one and a BEST location in townhalf blocks to the beach and the famed Congress Hall and just two blocks to Washington Plaza with all the shops and restaurants. It features central a/c/heat, original hardwood floors, throughout all three levels, radiant floor heat, 5 large bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2,600 sq. ft of interior space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The first floor includes a large family room, dining room that seats 12, modern updated kitchen, living room with a fireplace , full bath and large front porch. On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms (one in Master Bedroom) as well as a large front porch. On the 3rd floor there are 13 foot ceilings and three large bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and pop-up 2 twin or combined king trundle; another with two twin beds and the 3rd with a full size bed and twin bed loft bunk. Outside, relax in a rocking chair or comfortable porch furniture on either of the two front porches as the horse-drawn carriages go by, or enjoy music and a cold drink in the fenced backyard complete with an outdoor shower, patio furniture/umbrella and a propane BBQ grill. Sleeps 13 (3 queen, 1 full, 3 twins, 1 pop-up king daybed). Excellent location. Can walk to shops, beach and restaurants. There isn’t a high chair, but there is a booster seat. The wagon is better used for kids to ride in than for lugging beach equipment. Overall, a wonderful stay.Kristyn is a marvelous host. Easy to get in contact with and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Cape May! The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and the downtown mall with shops and restaurants. Our host was fantastic as well, always quick to respond to any questions and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Cape May!

This property was very clean and at a great location for the beach and shopping. It also had everything we could possible need in the kitchen. The 10 beach tags were a plus. Families with very young children should consider the many knick-knacks and fairly steep stairs. Kristyn Guill (the owner) was wonderful.

What a wonderful stay!! House is beautiful!!! well stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable living!! Beautiful new bathrooms and kitchen easy to cook in, patio and porches are great for relaxing. All around a great house!! Beautiful and relaxing

This was our first time staying at this property and we are so glad we found it! The house is spacious; the decor beautiful. The house is extremely well stocked with everything you might need. Its location is amazing. It was an easy walk to most of the shopping and restaurants. Plus only 2 blocks from the beach. Our favorite part of the house was the 2nd floor porch where there was always a nice breeze. Kristyn was such a kind host and very responsive! Highly recommend!!!

What a wonderful place to stay for the whole family!!

We just got back from a wonderful stay at this true gem! We had children from infants to teenagers stay with us and 10 of us were very comfortable in the house. The common spaces really let us bond together and the location of the house was superb for strolls through town together. The owners were also so inviting and welcoming. Very highly recommended!!!

Gorgeous Cape May Victorian - Wonderful Location

After a few years break, ten members of my extended family and I returned to Cape May to make more memories. "Pearl By the Sea" was the perfect place for us. Gorgeous interior decorating and extremely comfortable accommodations whether relaxing on the front porch/balcony, lounging/singing in the living and game rooms or sleeping in the cozy bedrooms. The home was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Very convenient access by foot or bicycle to the beach, Washington Street Mall and the restaurants in the neighborhood (we parked our cars and never used them again until we departed). An added bonus was the easy access to the bicycle route to Sunset Beach which we rode to as a group to attend the beautiful and moving evening flag ceremony in honor of our mother who loved Cape May. Kristen, the owner, has been wonderful to work with.

All the Charm of Cape May

Great Victorian house in a great location! We’ve stayed in a number of rentals over the last 30 years in Cape May, and this location was the best yet – a short walk to beach, mall, restaurants, etc. The house was beautifully decorated with many amenities; yet still very comfortable for our active preschool/elementary aged grandkids. The reserved parking for two cars was a big plus, and the owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for the wonderful vacation memories!

Beautiful house

This house so many pluses and all of us had a great time staying here. The house was clean, well decorated ( gorgeous interior design), perfect location to everything Cape May has to offer. It was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. We enjoyed sitting at the porch. The kids loved the balcony! There is also a grill and a lovely courtyard to hang out at the back. The large living room was excellent for our big family where we enjoyed some board games and watched TV( comes with streaming channels). The chess set table in the first living room was a hit with the kids! The owner had thought of everything to make us comfortable including good beach chairs, trolleys and umbrellas. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location, lovely home.

Many home amenities we didn't even use. The rain kept our group from using lovely porches and backyard, but the location gave us easy walking access to restaurants, trolley and the beach. So we also hardly used the kitchen amenities or beautiful dining room with 12 chairs. Krysten was quick to respond to our questions....yes, you need to bring bed and bath linens, for example. Both parlors are large enough for our group of 8 to gather in one to discuss plans. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Victorian with excellent location to beach

Beautiful house and gorgeously decorated. Owners were beyond helpful and very accommodating. The house is in walking distance to the beach, Congress Hall and the Washington Street Mall. Great Location

The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of room but what stands out about this property is its location. You are close to the beach and to town including the grocery store and restaurants. The owner was very communicative, nice and accommodating.

great location- very clean - the only drawbacks were the three flight of stairs- not great for young children however the host did provide gates - also there is no bathroom on the third floor where there are third bedrooms-but the location was perfect and there was enough room for 7 adults and 4 child

Excellent spot right in the thick of it

Fabulous place for our family week at the beach. It's a beautiful home and the perfect location. So close to the beach and the shops and restaurants. The place was great for us -- it was my kids and husband (kids 3 and 6); cousin (18); and in-laws. We had a great time. Plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and having a drink and watch folks go by. It was great to be so close to everything so that everyone could have their own time. Also loved bbq'ing in the back yard after a long day at the beach. Fabulous!

Cape May Perfection - A perfect place for two families to spend a week at the beach!

We have stayed here two years in a row...coming back was worth it. The outside is deceiving, because it has all the space that two families could use (12 people). A very comfortable home, with a great space for eating, relaxing, and getting to the beach! We parked and didn't have to get back in our car until we left because it is so close to anything and everything that you want to do. Home has all the extras that you don't think about like toys, kitchen appliances and utensils, and games.
