We enjoyed eating at the bar area outside. It was nice to have a view of the ocean. The balcony in our room was also nice and so was the view!

Loved everything about our stay here! Would definitely stay again, but would bring my own pillow. The small pillows for the beds aren't great.

Great location that made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very basic and the furniture needs some updating. But the ocean view made up for it.

Everything was close to the property and within walking distance. Had an oceanfront room where we could see the sunrise and sunset without leaving our room. Right from the balcony.

2023 fall visit
We had a great visit to Cape May. We sat on our porch and watched the dolphins for hours. It was so peaceful. Walked to local restaurants and had great meals.

It was a wonderful stay at the Marquis De Lafayette! We had breakfast at the Marq on Saturday morning, the food was delicious and hot, and reasonably priced. Our server was so friendly!

I would only mention that I found the daily and nightly noise at the outside bar much too noisy for me.
