The downstairs features three bedrooms, a laundry, a bathroom and a separate toilet for added convenience. The kitchen comes equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Entertainment options abound in both the upstairs and downstairs living room, featuring a Smart TV, DVD player and a collection of board games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. Relax by the coonara fireplace or turn on the split system for extra cooling, ensuring comfort all year round.
This property is pet friendly and fully fenced, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Families with little ones will appreciate the kids dinnerware and high chair, making mealtimes stress free.
