Welcome to Cape Irvine, Your Perfect Coastal Escape! Discover your idyllic getaway at Cape Irvine, nestled in the heart of Cape Paterson. This spacious holiday retreat is ideal for family reunions, group getaways or a relaxing seaside escape, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. With breathtaking ocean views, every moment here is framed by the sea.

Step inside and be greeted by the first living room, thoughtfully separated from the upstairs area, creating a fantastic space for kids to enjoy. The downstairs features three bedrooms, a laundry, a bathroom and a separate toilet for added convenience. The kitchen comes equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Entertainment options abound in both the upstairs and downstairs living room, featuring a Smart TV, DVD player and a collection of board games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. Relax by the coonara fireplace or turn on the split system for extra cooling, ensuring comfort all year round.

This property is pet friendly and fully fenced, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Families with little ones will appreciate the kids dinnerware and high chair, making mealtimes stress free. Had a great stay.

House was clean and modern, plenty of room and very comfortable. Loved the concrete paths extending to the backyard etc., makes for a clean environment and child friendly for small bikes and play. Cover was also good for my motorcycle keeping it out of the rain. Overall, very happy. Mark
