“Was hard to leave this accommodation because it is well situated near bush with bellbirds singing across the small valley. The amenities are excellent and beautifully presented. “This apartment is so stylish and comfortable. It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. Overall this apartment is a real find and I would gladly stay here again.”
