A Peace of Nature

This is a bottom flat with an open plan living space. Lots of room. It is right on the green belt so the nature is amazing.. birdwatcher paradise. We get the occasional porcupine and owl.

The space
A charming studio apartment / annex of the main house, that sleeps up to 3 people . Situated on a greenbelt you can observe all types of birds from the patio or cook out in the patio area, take a short walk to the beach, or hike up the kommetjie mountain. So much to explore. We offer safe off the street parking. The flat is pretty self explanatory. There is a book that gives all the local information, also the cooking appliances are a induction for when the electricity is on and a portable gas stove for when it is not. WiFi works during load shedding.

The flat is totally self sufficient. Shared entry to the property but private entry to flat. There is also a entry to the Greenbelt.
Other things to note
The parking is off the street, and there is a little walk to the flat from there through the main house garden. .either front or back.
