The property is situated in a Sectional Title building and is managed by a Managing Agent and Security company.
Each guest staying at the property will need to provide a clear copy of their ID or passport prior to arrival. Each guest will be provided with a document which need to be presented at check-in and kept on hand at all times. Without this document, security will not allow guests access to the building. Only the guests named on the occupation detail form will be allowed access. No more than two persons per bedroom will be allowed access.
A copy of the Body Corporate Conduct Rules will be sent to guests prior to arrival.
