"Realmente não sei como alguns colegas classificaram esse hotel como EXCEPCIONAL. É UMA TRISTEZA!!!! A começar que o Senhor Luiz nos recebeu na porta e quase não nos deixou entrar, pois queria que tivéssemos feito a reserva com ele e não com o site. Ao entrarmos no quarto, estava SUJO, com cabelos o chão. A toalha é dura, horrível. A cama é horrível e o quarto abafado. Não tem ar condicionado no quarto do casal como menciona no site. "C'est rare que je mets des commentaires mitigés sur une réservation. Premièrement, le positif, l'appartement est très bien situé et possède l'air climatisé et se trouve dans un environnement ultra tranquille, pour le moins positif, il est clair que l'appartement nécessite de l'amour, un bon nettoyage de fond en comble, comme par exemple, l'évier de la douche, où beaucoup de cheveux bouchaient le renvoie d'eau. Nous avons également eu un enjeu avec la chasse d'eau des toilettes, on a avisé...

"This is a great location for restaurants and nightlight bars, and the hotel is quiet, as it is behind all of the street action. It has a very good front desk attendant, and the rooms are cheaper if you pay for the next night at the office (20% less). That said, the hot water is only enough for one person as it is a small, in-room tank; it takes 20 min. to renew. The mattress was old, the towel thin, old and grayish. Check-out is at 10am."
