「Novel concept on water but stationary. Some rocking of boat due to weather. Exterior had been damaged in storm the day before. Cozy small space but fine for a couple. Nice touch with excellent breakfast basket. Not much of a view - big window opens facing dock and shore. Came in winter so mostly kept things closed up and heat on. Experience would surely be different in summer.

「The property was very clean. The coffee pod machine v welcome. It was above 30 and with no air con in living area I had to go to main road area for some shaded seating to enjoy my stay. Local cafes were lovely and the amenities store had everything I needed. I was fortunate that had local friends who could drive me around as not much in local area. 「We were only there one night on our way somewhere but everything was great. We had a lovely greeting when we arrived from Paolo's super friendly dogs, which was wonderful. The place is clean and spacious with lovely grounds and spectacular views. We would happily have stayed longer.」
