“The property is unique, beautiful well located, and the staff is wonderful. Our room was very nice. It is the happening part of Indianapolis and their great restaurants right there. We pretty much walked to most restaurants and felt very safe.”

“Everything was spotless, staff were very friendly too. Outside the hotel however was very busy and noisy, its located on a busy intersection right across from a big bus station. Not much the hotel can do about that.”

“The property is unique having been crafted within a train station. Some of the rooms are contained in an actual train. So different!”

“Incredibly clean and updated bathroom. I recently stayed in a five star hotel in Chicago where the bathroom wasn’t even half as clean as this Fairfield. The check-in was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole stay. Only downside was the parking garage that had no spaces even on the lowest level. ”

“Loved the view and villa we had. Only suggestion we have is to replace the screens on the sliding doors to the balcony otherwise perfect.”

“Enjoyed our 1 night stay before catching an early morning flight. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the convenience of the airport shuttle and allowing us to park our car for the week until we returned, again taking the shuttle back from airport to hotel. Parking was cheaper than airport and will probably use that service again.”

“I want to start by giving a huge shout-out to Miss Tiffany at the Front Desk! Not only was she willing and able to get out rooms to be adjoining, she was also able to accommodate out request to add my wife’s name to the reservation to make check-in easier!! We have stayed at this location on other occasions and each time has met or exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet, very good breakfast, and wonderful staff… all for a VERY reasonable price. If there was one item……
