You drive through a neighborhood to get there, so the first time I was thinking where am I even going but then you walk into a garden pathway that opens up to butterflies and breathtaking views. If you’re going to Capitola to relax or vacation or zen, this is the place for you!!"

"Great property in a very convenient location for multiple activities in Capitola. Check-in was easy. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed during the week, so town was quiet. Service was excellent, especially Julie. I left my sunglasses in the room and she called me to confirm they were mine and then sent them to me. I received them quickly and they were packed with care. We were able to park right across the street with the parking pass from the hotel. We left our car there and walked everywhere, including to the Shadowbrook for dinner. We would definitely stay there again."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Capitola location offers perfect access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and night life! We liked the upstairs primary suite with a large private deck. There was plenty of room for the six of us, multiple generations. The outside patio is wonderfully located along the Soquel creek. Lots of birds and wildlife to view. And a nice picnic table, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit and a grill. We didn’t want to leave!"

"The location of this home can’t be beat! The short stroll to the beach and restaurants made our getaway so much easier, especially when we were lugging all of our gear and kids with the beach wagon. The home is bright and clean with a great living space to cozy up and watch a movie with the kids after dinner. Communication was clear and my questions were answered quickly. Capitola is one of our favorite places so I was so lucky to find this comfortable home for a relaxing vacation before school started again."

"The cottage was located perfectly for us, positioned near the esplanade shops, Capitola beaches and river walk. Our host provided clear instructions for check-in before we needed them and was responsive throughout our stay. The color scheme and décor felt very beachy, lending to a get-away vibe. BBQ, well-equipped kitchen and full size fridge made meals easy and comfortable. Great to be able to have our dog with us. We’ll return for sure."
