Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Beautiful home, clean, comfy beds and pillows, fresh, and perfect location. We’d stay again. The kitchen was easy to cook in with just the right amount of tools. It was a little hot at night for sleeping, but fans are provided, which helped.

The location and the deck were the two best things about this unit. The interior was extremely clean and well equipped. The only negative was the noise from the deck on the upstairs unit which is directly above the back bedroom and living room, sliding chairs and people walking. Overall, great stay.

Riverview stay at Capitola

We loved our stay at Riverview Retreat Duplex Unit A. It was beautiful and as described and Hallie at property management was very helpful and responsive. The property itself is beautiful and perfect location to the beach and shops . Will be back for sure

Absolutely beautiful; but loud

The house is absolutely beautiful and in an incredible location. You can tell it was freshly remodeled and all the furnishings are brand new. You can easily walk to the beach and to all the main sites in Capitola. The Riverview walk is also very charming.The only downside is that it is the lower unit. There was a family staying in the unit above us and you could hear their footsteps, TV, music, etc. They were not being disrespectful tenants, I think it's just a function of it being a historic building. Our kids go to sleep early and it was a challenge with all the noise.The property managers are super responsive and great. I would potentially stay again if I knew the upper unit would be vacant or I knew the people staying there (so I could tell them to not walk around once the kids went to bed).
