“Amazing! Clean, colorful, with thoughtfully designed spaces that accommodate a variety of preferences and needs. Absolutely beautiful art in every room. My favorite thing was the tiles in the "Lifeguard" bath upstairs. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and the beach (my favorite in Santa Cruz) is literally six houses away! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after our multiple trips for sandy feet (human and canine). My only regret is not spending more time lounging in the beatiful backyard.……

“Our extended family of eight spent a long weekend at the beach to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. This house was perfect for us. The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is clean and well laid out. The kitchen was plenty big for all of us to make breakfast and we used the huge table to play board games. I highly recommend this spot.”

“Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during……

“This cottage is a cosey, quiet, and private place with incredible ocean views. It has a well equipped kitchen, all the linens, towels and/or blankets you need, and many games and books. We especially enjoyed walking on the uncrowded and sometimes totally private beach. In addition to small families, I highly recommend it for couples. It was a great and romantic getaway for us.”
