「Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia.」

「We booked 2 double bed room and they gave us one room that squeezed in a double bed and a bunk bed that left us no space to walk or open the luggage. The other room is bigger but hey I only booked a double bed room, not a double bed, a bunk bed, and one folding single bed. Anyways, the reception told me they gave the other double bed rooms to other people and have no correct rooms for us. We had to all squeezed into the bigger room for 2 nights. 「The room was clean but it was NOT in the hotel and NOT as advertised. The hallway was dark, the elevator was slow - better to walk the 6 flights of stairs. There was no one on the front desk when we arrived so we waited 15 minutes to check in. It was a very unwelcoming place and we did not feel safe there. The price changed by $100 when we paid for it with all fees in versus what it was advertised for. This is absolute FALSE advertising.」
