“Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Garten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Eigentümerin Alessandra ist sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Hauseinfahrt ist etwas mühsam. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Haus Ferien verbringen.”

“Nous avons été accueilli dans une maison qui aspire à la détente et au repos, idéalement située de part sa position géographique et à côté d'une plage où les petits et grands peuvent s'amuser aisément. A 15 min des plus belles plages de l'île d'elbe du côté de Portoferraio. La maison propose un bel espace pour une famille de 4 personnes avec un beau et très grand terrain ou nous pouvons trouver des activités tel que le ping pong, les cartes, les échecs... Le propriétaire est très réactif quand……

“Umgeben von einer touristischen Umgebung, liegt die Villa ganz ruhig an einem kleinem Kap. Auch beim Baden hat man die Wahl zwischen Trubel und einsamem Schnorcheln. Gerne kommen wir wieder!”

“Merveilleux séjour dans cette charmante maison à l'ombre des pins. La maison était d'une propreté rare à notre arrivée. Celle-ci est proche de deux plages très agréables (800 m environ). Elle est également proche du joli village de Capoliveri. La localisation était parfaite pour nos différents déplacements sur l'île. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue mer et le barbecue commun mis à notre disposition. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et pour avoir parfaitement aménagé cet……

“Sehr nette Wirtin, alles zu hellhörig, die Beschilderung zur Unterkunft sollte verbessert werden. Ist nicht leicht zu finden. Toller Ausblick, alles neu renoviert, nett eingerichtet, super Frühstück.”

“La casa si trova sotto Capoliveri con stupenda vista sul golfo Stella. La posizione è ottima per spostarsi ( ovviamente in macchina 15/30 minuti) nelle varie spiagge che si affacciano sul golfo. Spiaggia Peducelli e spiaggia Morcone si possono raggiungere a piedi in 10/15 minuti. La casa è in buone condizioni manutentive , manca però di qualche comodo accessorio per la cucina ( pelapatate, coltelli, qualche "stovigliame" e posate in piu sarebbero stati graditi). La vista ed i tramonti durante……

“Nous avons vécu des moments inoubliables dans cet écrin de verdure et de silence qui domine la mer . La petite maison qui nous a abrité est très bien conçue , la chambre est agréable, protégée naturellement de la chaleur par la roche dans laquelle elle a été creusée et par la végétation luxuriante qui lui confère une bonne fraîcheur . La cuisine est relativement petite mais elle donne sur une terrasse bien protégée : c'est un espace de vie qui permet le petit déjeuner et les repas en regardant……

“When we booked this accommodation the offer included a pool without restrictions. When we asked for pictures of it, as there weren't on homeaway, the lady from the local service (Elbabnb Unique Locations) sent me a few and mentioned "about the pool we have to ask the owner about the rules to use it". Once in the accommodation she then told us that the use of the pool is not wanted by the owner and restricted to him. She rejected my complaint this to be part of the booking and asked me for any……

“Casa con ottime potenzialità ma non curata . Camera matrimoniale cucina e sala sono il medesimo locale(no privacy) è anche presente 1 camera con due lettini + 1 bagno. Le prese elettriche accanto al letto matrimoniale non funzionano. Le zanzariere sono bucate, consiglio di comprare repellente liquido da collegare ad una presa. L’acqua calda nella doccia esterna non funziona. Il rubinetto lavabo esterno non funziona (esce un filo d’acqua). Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto ripulire tutto in quanto……

“wir hatten 3 herrliche Wochen im Casa Stella verbracht und haben uns super wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Kiefernpark. Wir hatten drei herrliche Wochen im Casa Stella verbracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Aussicht ist einfach grossartig und das Meer leicht erreichbar- ideal zum schwimmen. Die Insel ist traumhaft schön- Wir werden wieder kommen.”

“L'appartamento è stato pulito e conforme alla descrizione. Ben arredato e con tanti confort. La terrazza è fantastica e spaziosa. La posizione è comoda per arrivare un po' dappertutto. Noi abbiamo girato molto e abbiamo raggiunto in poco tempo delle bellissime spiagge anche sulla costa est e nord. La spiaggia sotto casa di lido di Capoliveri è a cinque minuti a piedi, velocissimo.”

“Bel panorama, tranquilla. Pochi servizi attorno. Peccato non ci fosse più la piscina. Fornello troppo piccolo... ”
