「Clean property, good location, very helpful staff. However, the hotel feels like it is just a place to sleep as there are no lounge areas, garden areas, other facilities. The rooms are dated and really need an upgrade to compete with the other hotels in the area. There is a nice restaurant / cafe based at the front of the hotel, but seems separately owned. The food is good and the staff helpful. You get 10% off food if you stay at the hotel which is a bonus.」

Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. 「The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. Actually the standard rooms have a better location in the hotel for lake view. The rooms are spacious and the double beds are large almost like queen and 2 people can sleep comfortably in them. 「Excellent stay as a couple. Easy access to beautiful parts of lake Garda. Room was clean and breakfast was great. We used the spa facilities also which was a great relief after a few days of walking nearby towns.」
