“Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. “I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Maybe it’s low season for tourists, they upgraded my room and it’s even more spacious than the one I booked. The jacuzzi and fireplace in the room were in use as it was freezing outside. There’s a little garden in front of the room that you can overlook the whole town. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too! ”

“与隔壁的网红苏丹酒店是姐妹酒店，从酒店里就能走到苏丹酒店，早晨也可以在苏丹的网红平台上拍照，去酒店里的房间像是走迷宫，上上下下的，经常一不小心就走错了，我们选的房间很大，分成两个独立的房间，非常有特色，早餐也很好吃，有整块的蜂巢，下午3点半还会有下午茶提供。整体来说体验还是很不错的。”

“This hotel is exquisite! We came here for a 3 night stay and were so impressed by the attention to detail, attentive staff and comfortable rooms. We got the king suite with the balcony and the view in the morning of the hot air balloons was INCREDIBLE!!! The breakfast is generous and beautifully presented. We got a massage & hammam treatment and it was such a unique experience we would highly recommend it. There are also cats all over the property that we fed which was such a cute little bonus. ”
