"I had a great stay at this property and would stay here again. The breakfast is included and is amazing! The location is amazing too, quiet but an easy walk to all the places you would want to be at. The rooftop is very lovely and you get a beautiful view of the balloons right from there too. My next point is not to say that this is a bad place, this happens at other hotels based on what the tourists I met told me. This is to point out that go to the young men at the front desk at this property they are honest and very helpful here! They were helpful and never tried taking advantage of the fact that I am a tourist by trying to charge me more. For example it was then, that I found out that I was supposed to pay less for my hot air balloon, because you get a discount for staying at this property. When I booked it through the messaging system online and said that I am staying at this place, sent my confirmation, the people messaging me through the hotel charged me 180 euros saying that that’s with the discount…. And when I ended up going with another company because mine got canceled for the flight, I was told that in August it’s a flat around 165 euros for the cheapest one. So 180 sounds right for full price considering the company. I had a similar situation when I tried to book my shuttle to go to the airport, the older man helping me tried to charge me a little more in lira (I checked online what it was supposed to be). Young men-honest just ask them for help."

"Its central location is a deciding factor. It's within walking distance of historical sites. The hotel staff are helpful. The rooms are clean. The hairdresser is excellent. The parking lot is next to the hotel. We were a little uneasy about giving them our car keys. The only downside was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, but that wasn't a major problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested an iron for the room and it arrived immediately. It would be good to have a bellboy in the parking lot. There might be a shortage of staff. We didn’t have breakfast!"

"I stayed in the “Kings Ego” suite. Amazing experience! It’s like staying in a 2 level gothic museum. The artwork and furnishings are legendary! The whole theme is based on Dante’s Divine Comedy with heaven and hell themed artwork. The blood colored pool is just amazing, just ask the staff to light the candles and it’s just like the pictures! Definitely a must stay! Memorable experience for the value!"
