“We were a group of 6 friends and stayed for a week. The property is very large and well maintained. The view is gorgeous and we couldn't get enough of the sunsets at dinner. The pool is relatively large (about 7x14m) and perfect for cooling off on hot days. The accommodation stands alone on a hill, so you have absolute privacy. “Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). De plus, les propriétaires n'ont pas réussi à trouver un professionnel pour résoudre le problème de piscine dès le mardi 16……

“This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being……

“Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie (Kinder 1-6 Jahre) eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus und dem riesigen Gelände von Santa erleben dürfen. Der Garten ist eine echte Oase, quasi nicht einsehbar und perfekt geeignet, um richtig zu entspannen. Die Kinder hatten nie Langeweile, weil es entweder etwas im Garten zu entdecken gab, oder weil man den tollen Pool aus Herzenslust nutzen konnte. Sehr hilfreich ist es, dass das gesamte Gelände eingezäunt ist.”

“Das Casa Silva Camporino ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mitten im Nationalpark am Rande eines kleinen Dörfchens. Hier kann man prima relaxen und die Ruhe genießen! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dennoch ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und die Städte Florenz oder Pisa sind auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug wert! Wir haben hier 10 wunderbare Tage verbracht!”

Arezzo is a great town, and we were within 30 mins driving from many of the must-visit Tuscan towns. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!”

“Maison plutôt bien située, assez proche de Pratovecchio pour pouvoir se déplacer y boire un café ou faire quelques courses facilement, ce qui, quand on est 16, demande pas mal d’organisation. La maison en elle-même est très sympathique et bien équipée. Nous avons juste regretté que les chambres du 2eme étage nous soient octroyées plutôt que celles du bas qui étaient plus grandes et plus lumineuses, d’autant que nous avions 4 enfants de moins de 7 ans dont deux bébés. Avec les allers retours à……

Die Poolanlage sowie der liebevoll angelegte Garten rund um das Haus sind fantastisch. Tischtennis, Tischkicker und Volleyballfeld lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Mehrere Sitzbereiche im Außenbereich laden zum Verweilen ein und bieten immer die Möglichkeit, Sonne oder Schatten zu genießen. Das Haus selbst ist perfekt……
