The view from our room was phenomenal at this luxury Italian hotel and resort. Service was incredible on all levels and areas. Rooms were impeccable and spacious. This is a perfect destination for anyone looking to enjoy a more upscale vacation in Capri. We look forward to our next visit!

This hotel is amazing, the staff is so nice and super accommodating! Its right in the centre of the shopping district and everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. The pool is also amazing with the best views. We came here for my fiancés birthday and they surprised us with a cake and a few other treats! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

Hotel tradicional, nota-se que teve seu tempo de glória. Equipe estressada e concierge impaciente, por vezes descortês. Mas é um hotel icônico que vale a pena conhecer. A piscina fecha às 18h, justamente no horário que se retorna dos passeios de barco, um pouco sem nexo. Café da manhã excelente. As instalações são limpas e o ambiente é agradável.

We got a free upgrade overlooking the coast. We spent time by the pool. It was so nice to have a few relaxing, quiet moments when the island itself was so busy. At night, there were plenty of options close by to eat and in the hotel itself. Staff was lovely and did our laundry express for us (within a few hours). Was super grateful for the arrangement of a private transfer from Naples to Capri by the hotel as well.

Hotel e atendimento impecáveis !! Fomos recepcionados com proseco , frutas e bolo no quarto pois era aniversário do meu marido ! Café da manhã delicioso ! Piscina linda ! Simplesmente um sonho ! VOLRAREMOS COM CERTEZA! A única coisa é que nos cobraram no check out o transporte das malas do ferry para o hotel e ninguém nos avisou que era um serviço pago imaginávamos que um hotel deste porte teria isso de cortesia ! De resto tudo impecável !

Everything about this hotel met and exceeded expectations. If I had to be picky I would just say the hotel could have alerted me that it was 120$ for the luggage transfer that I mistakingly assumed was complimentary.
