「我們於5/10/2013入住，已經是第六或，七次到巴登巴登，只是第一次住這間Hotel Laterne，位置及房間都很不錯，但服務的幾位女郎態度不敢恭維，首先拒受Hotel.com確認，硬要多收我們價錢，要求取wifi password 好像要她割塊肉出來，態度超差，以後到巴登巴登都不會選擇這間酒店!」
