"Staff were friendly. Location was convenient. Breakfast buffet was splendid. One of the waiters was so nice n welcoming, Adana has a very positive and warm vibe. Room service was excellent. "
"Front desk staff are very friendly. The room condition was not the best. The bathroom shower had a leak that. I reported and no one showed up as promised . There was a nasty buildup of mold at the outside of the shower base that hasn't been cleaned or overlooked.

"It is a pity that the music played is too loud and not suitable, interfering with conversation. When I complained I was told that is how the owner likes it. First principle for hospitality business: please your customers, not yourself. Why not gentle pan music, or guitar, piano? You are in Trinidad, set the right mood!"
"The business facility was not appropriate since there were mold in the bathroom ceiling and leak in the bathroom sink. There was a cracked in the wall above the TV, there were not hot water for 3 days, the second day there was not chef so no breakfast, the room did not have phone, they claimed it was on repairs for years. The staff was very nice but the above mentioned was unacceptable."
"The rooms were not sound proof enough to not hear the connecting room activity by other guests and also the surrounding area outdoor as there was a lot of loud music to be heard emanating from outside."
