「While there was a mix up at check in, the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. We had checked in at 2:30 pm, however, we didn't have time to actually go to our room as we needed to get to the wrestling tournament. When we arrived back to motel at 9:30, our keys didn't work. Turns out we never actually got checked all the way into the system and our room was rented to someone else. Took a bit longer than I'd have liked but I appreciate them going out of their way to make it right! The rest...
