“The room was clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom could use a fix up. Both the toilet and shower were rusty and the floor a bit stained.”

“The rooms were very spacious if you get the suite . Nice beds and new linens. Very updated bathroom . The kitchenette had a full size fridge and plenty of space to cook little something or just extra space to store items . The property is safe and quite close to town and local attractions and restaurants. No need to drive anywhere. I have stayed here before and will stay here again .”

“Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice linens. Shower pressure is fabulous. Proprietary is quiet. I love the mobile check-in. We stay here whenever we are in Saratoga.”

“Just a one night stay. Nice staff, arrived late with no problem. Good breakfast, but it ends at 9:30. No pancakes? Room was good, but shower did not seem like it was cleaned. We almost always like Holiday Inn Express. This one was comfortable, and met most of the standards that keep us coming back.”

“The hotel and room was very dated and in need of comprehensive rennovation: carpets were worn, halls had a stale odor, external doors to stairs were not locked (security concern), staff was not adequately trained in check-in process. The room was reasonably clean and functional, but the bath tub did not have any traction surface and was a slipping hazard. Breakfast area was adequate but had minimal food selections and seating area. If I ever stay in Rawlins again, this hotel would not be……

“Made a special arrangement with hotel staff for late check-in. Once arriving, no one answered the phone and no one came to help with check-in. Was forced to sleep in car. This is ridiculous because special efforts were made to arrange late check-in. What a total failure. I am requesting a refund - and still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone.”
