Cozy Mountain Retreat! Golf, Fish,Hot Tub, Pet Friendly, 30 miles to Aspen!

Mountain modern, 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and 2 pull out couches, Office, 2 1/2 baths, well equipped home that has many new upgrades including new furniture and decor, all new beds with high end mattresses, 5 flat screens. This home features a hot tub that is cleaned for each guest, a steam shower, a fully supplied kitchen with wine/beverage cooler, cable with streaming and high speed internet and keyless entry. The mud room has lots of hooks and storage for your ski and snowboard gear and the garage has a ping pong table and ski/snowboard racks, Sleeps 10 comfortably. 1-king bed, 2-queens , 2-fulls, 1-twin, 1-queen pull out couch and 1- full size pull out couch. All beds have 4 pillows.

Great mid-valley location. Only 30 minutes to Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands Ski Areas. Only 20 min to Glenwood Hot Springs. A bus stop is only steps away if you would rather not drive. Come see what the roaring fork valley has to offer or simply stay and play here! This location is truly a hidden gem with a beautiful golf course, miles of open space to explore and some of the best private fly fishing in the area with 2 miles of Roaring Fork frontage, 4-1/2 miles of streams and 8 ponds.

If you plan on fly fishing you must read and agree to the rules. Fishing is catch and release and fly fishing only. Rules are printed at the house.
Any violation of these rules may result in a minimum $100 fine and up to a maximum of $500 for standard items and will be transferred to the guest.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors. We have 1 motion camera at the front door for security.

Amazing property!

The house was wonderful! Tons of space and great bedrooms and kitchen. The location is perfect- close to the towns of Carbondale, Basalt, Snowmass and Glenwood. Right on the golf course and walking/biking trails right out back, along the river. The hosts were very responsive and great to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location for family ski trip to the Aspen resorts. SIgnificantly better value that those closer which are smaller and more expensive. Given free parking and shuttles near the resorts, staying further out makes sense

Beautiful, well located retreat

This house in Carbondale was about equidistant between Glenwood Springs and Aspen. The house was well-appointed, spacious and was perfect for the 9 people in our group. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to the river. There are both Whole Foods and City Market (Kroger) within a 10-minute drive of the house, and we also stopped at the Costco in Gypsum on the way in. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was that there was only 1 light in the back where the hot tub is, and that wasn't working. So we did not get to use the hot tub. All in all, we wished we'd booked longer, three days wasn't enough to enjoy all the nearby summer activities.

Great spot for skiing Snowmass

Place was fully stocked - even provided a crock pot! Lots of nice features and amenities. Host replied to messages in a timely matter. A couple of suggestions: I was a little thrown back by the multi page list of laminated rules (some of which were outdated and I had to text to see if they were in effect) and having to sign an additional document with the HOA. I think it would benefit future guests to put all rules in the listing so guests can decide if this is the home for them. Worth noting also that the fold out futon in the office is very short so if you are over 5’5” it’s probably not an option to sleep on. And the guest bedroom upstairs facing the highway should have curtains in the two high windows. Car headlights going down the highway and road out front makes it difficult to get good sleep with all the lights flooding the room at night. Thanks otherwise for a great stay.

Great escape!

Beautiful neighborhood, easy access to lots of sights and good location. House is amazing. Beds are comfy! Kitchen was well stocked! We were sad to have run out of regular coffee and wished the hot tub had a fence around it so we didn't feel as exposed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Would recommend it to anyone it would come back!
