It was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in in my life, there were bugs in the room, the hotel stunk of cigarettes, not one amenity was open except for a counter selling small bottles of booze. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets. It is a flop house for unfortunates. I can not believe this hotel was on your site. It’s literally a drug den, I dare you to send someone there to check, I learned my lesson, never trust the pictures.

Room was dirty with bugs. Carpet was disgusting. Hallway filled with tools, boxes, junk. Impossible to pass if fire alarm went off . Fire alarm in room didn’t work. I have pictures if needed to justify my asking for a full refund.

The hallway carpets had more stains than not and when I reached the room and switched on the light switches, roaches scattered. I immediately went back to the front desk and told them I wanted to cancel my reservation and why. She apologized and told me to call expedia back and have them call her to be able to cancel so I did but she had already processed the refund before I could get ahold of anyone at Expedia

The room was a good size. It is not updated, but not expected for the price. Tub/ shower not clean and bedding not clean. TV still has real channels not just roku which i liked.

This place is a shambles. The carpet in the hallways was filthy and terribly stained. My room had insect, silverfish in it. The air conditioner did not work and the floor around the air conditioner was obviously rotted and beginning to cave in. I learned this when I attempted to get the air conditioner to turn on. This was one of the worst places I have ever sta8.

This was the most disguisting room I have ever stayed in. Between the lower income guests or residents I didn't have the safest feeling. The black mold I discovered in the morning was not the best either. I feel like I got catfished as the photos online look 1000% better than the room or hotel itself

Roaches. Since this hotel is under a remodel I thought it would only be one or so but no so many. Staff were friendly but overall condition of the hotel is poor.

There was no light bulbs in a couple lamps, the lights in the pool didn’t turn on and when I asked for someone to turn them on nobody came and the remote to the tv didn’t have batteries.
