It’s a solid budget hotel. It’s not run down but it’s also not a resort either. Everything in the room worked as expected and the staff was quick to address the tv remote issue. A good solid place to sleep. Didn’t check out the breakfast, not a breakfast person.

As soon as I placed my things down I saw a roach walking across the TV stand and the top cover was stained on the bed. The air vent from the AC had some weird smell and had to turn it off. But I had a place to sleep. Shower floor had stain and I found a lotion bottle with the lid broken.

Still one of the best values in Carbondale. It's not fancy. The staff make up for any negatives. I appreciated in particular two young people, one man and one woman, who opened the breakfast area just a little early so I could get about my business

I’ve used quality inn before, and always been happy with my stay. The room I had at this location was not nearly as clean, it was pretty disappointing.

Parking was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 instead of 10:00 Room had.bugs, microwave was broken and we had to sleep with microwave door open or it beeped on and off all night. The light from the microwave kept us awake.

The staff is working on property improvement. We have stayed here several times but unfortunately, this time, there were ants around the A/C unit and we found a few roaches in our room as well.

Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10

The room was clean, but damaged shower covered a leak with a plastic cup. Breakfast was very poor. Not much of a selection. As we were leaving, I wanted to fill my water cup. When I tried, the water didn't work. When I pointed it out to staff, they said that they turned it off at 9 am. It was 9 am.

It was just a sub-par hotel. The shower head had a leak that sprayed all over and it took 2 days to get someone to fix it. The breakfast offering were meager and I had to tell them on 2 occasions that they’d run out. The coffee was bad. The room was clean but just old and dreary. There was no stopper in the sink so you could lose items down the sink if you weren’t careful. The toilet had a seat but no lid. Just sub-par.
