Agréable séjour

Appartement en rez-de-chaussée vraiment au pied de la cité avec un parking bien appréciable. La ville basse est à 10 minutes à pied. Accueil et départ facile.

La reservation, les contacts et l accueil ont été très bien ! Le seul bemol c est l etat de propreté du logement qui laissait vraiment à desirer. L emplacement est parfait, au pied de la cite medievale.

Magnifique lieu pour une escapade en famille

On a visité Carcassone pour la première fois. La cité est incroyable et l’appartement est vraiement proche. Aussi, grâce au parking privé, on a visité autres villages et monuments. Jacky est très sympathique et nous a aidé quand on a eu besoin. On est très contents avec ce voyage.

Logement de type F2 au rez-de-chaussée situé à proximité immédiate de la porte d'Aude donnant directement accès à la cité de Carcassonne. Parking privé à l'arrière du bâtiment pour y stationner sereinement son véhicule. De plus, vue imprenable pour l'embrasement de la cité à l'occasion du feu d'artifice du 14 juillet juste derrière celui-ci. Épicerie et tabac-presse faisant office de dépôts de pains et viennoiseries très appréciables, quasiment sous les fenêtres, côté rue. Nombreux restaurants à moins de 5 minutes à pieds. Lave-linge mis à disposition malgré la présence d'une laverie située sur le trottoir d'en face, nous laissant en autonomie. Pour un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants maximum, en toute simplicité.

Agréable sejour

Location très bien située au pied de la cité médiévale et à une demi heure du magnifique site des châteaux de lastours. Pas du tout bruyant grâce au double vitrage. Petite maison très propre tout ce qu'il faut la propriétaire est très gentille. Je recommande ce logement qui est nickel pour un séjour d'une semaine en couple ou avec un enfant éventuellement car il y a un clic clac convertible

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passer deux semaine très bien à Carcassonne. Les propriétaires son très sympathique, à l'écoute, et toujours disponible. Le logement se situe au pied de la cité , et a 10 min du centre ville de Carcassonne. Top pour visiter le tous. Pas mal d'activité au alentour (château a visité, ruines, randonné, lac pour de baigner, et tellement de beaux villages à visiter). Place de parking dans la propriété sécurisé est un gros plus, salon de jardin et terrasse pour prendre les repas ou petit déjeuné. Le logement est confortable, tous y est pour y passer un agréable séjour. (drap, serviettes, Wi-Fi, vaisselle) Seule point négatif : il faut plutôt chaud dans le logement, ne pas oublier d'activité la VMC dans la salle de bain, mais gérable car les propriétaires propose des ventilateurs, top. Vous pouvez louer dans hésiter. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci à Claudine et Jacky pour ce séjour très agréable. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir. A bientôt. Excellent séjour

Appartement très bien situé, au pied de la Cité Médiévale et à quelques minutes à pied de la Bastide Saint-Louis. Nous avons vivement apprécié la gentillesse et l'accueil réservé par notre hôte Claudine. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée (boissons au frais dans le frigo) en passant par l'équipement complet du logement, font que nous ne pouvons que vivement y conseiller un séjour en couple ou en petite famille.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, coquet, propre, pratique. Nous étions un couple et un enfant.

Nous avons pu profiter de la Cité sans contraintes de stationnement. Nous avons rapidement accès à des lieux de visite ou loisirs comme le zoo australien, les châteaux cathares de Lastours, l'Oulibo et son diamant vert... Des vacances parfaites !

Appartement vraiment idéalement situé. Il est également très bien équipé, cependant trop petit .

Appartement vraiment très bien situé au pied de la citadelle et très bien équipé. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de clim car pour avoir un peu d'air il faut ouvrir les fenêtres et nous sommes juste sur la rue. Appartement très bien pour des personnes qui souhaitent juste dormir.
