The apartments are divided into three types:

* 2 First floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Arista Mountain and a sea view veranda where you can eat.

* 2 central ground floors, these ones are the most reserved, with a wider veranda and double entrance to the kitchen / living room and a private barbecue area

*2 Front ground floors equipped with a large veranda with granite columns and a reserved barbecue area; bathrooms adapted for people with reduced functionality of the lower limbs



A video surveillance system is present in the access area to the property and in the pool area in order to guarantee total safety

The pool will be open from 01/05 to 31/10

It will be allowed to host one small dog per apartment 50€

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:
