Crofts Hotel
Cats was the problem for me. They let two cats roam where they please, even jumping on the tables while your drink is there. And the worse thing was they let them in the breakfast area. Cereal was on the bar area and the cats were jumping onto the bar next to milk, cereal, cutlery, disgusting.

Cardiff Marriott Hotel
The conference was well organised and the service couldn't have been better. I was disappointed you charged extra for a mint tea after paying for an adfitional breakfast.
