“It was wonderful to find plenty of plates, utensils, and other basics in kitchen for preparing meals. Outdoor deck and pool area were more than anyone needs to enjoy the outdoors. Our pooch loved the wooded fenced in property. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed that your home would be a wonderful place to re-visit on another "USMC Reunion". Chris is a thorough attentive host. Thanks!”

“This was a gorgeous home nestled in the woods. The beds were cozy and the shower was fantastic. We didn’t get a chance to use the fireplace. Thank you for the wood outside on the porch. There were a lot of stairs so my parents were not able to visit, so we spent most of our time at their house. Returning to this home was a very peaceful necessity and much appreciated. The only downfall was navigating through the check in process. We spent too much time at the front desk being convinced to……

“Wanted to be close to downton Kingston and close to the water and this stay did not disappoint. Clean, stocked and easy to work with the owner.”

“Our stay was very peaceful. The home is very convenient to multiple boat and water access ramps. The home was clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the soaking tub. Only downside was most of the nearby restaurants close at 3pm during the week so we had a little drive to get food.”

“The townhouse was clean and had everything my husband and I needed for our weekend stay. It was a positive that we could bring our small dog too. While walking my dog I saw the largest woodpecker that I have ever seen, along with other birds, squirrels, and a chipmunk. Plenty of grassy areas to walk. We were happy that the tennis center and The Village Market were directly across the street. We would stay here again.”

“Had a great 4-night stay! Loved everything about the house, inside and out. Owner communication was also very responsive and accommodating. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a TV in every room is always a plus for us, especially when they’re easy to operate which all the TVs were. I love the decor in every room as well, and couches and beds are so comfy! Can’t wait to book another stay!”

“This cozy little cabin is a great getaway for peace and serenity, with a babbling brook which my husband and I enjoyed listening to from the secluded back porch, which has a wonderful porch swing and fire pit. We also spent a morning at the wood burning fire pit down by the creek. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the animals that would show up at the creek. Scott was a wonderful host, one of the best we’ve had, as he was easy to communicate with and very accommodating! The cabin was cute……

“Beautiful and comfortable cabin with many amenities on a lovely, quiet cove of Watts Bar lake. The screened porch spans the back of the cabin, at a level with the tree branches - SPECTUALAR! We saw a mating pair of pileated woodpeckers create a hole in a tree for a nest. Within an hour's drive is beautiful and challenging hikes. We brought our dogs. Walking in the neighborhood was nice and safe. Dawn and Tim were great hosts, quick to respond or reach out.”

“Nice cabin. A few minor issues which will be addressed. The general store across the street was a nice place and the owners are really great people. Wish the lake had been high enough to use, but that’s not on the owner. Will definitely be back.”

“I spent a good bit of time researching to find the perfect get away for our house church group of 6 couples and the Watts Bar Lake House did not disappoint. The house itself had enough room and was well stocked with everything you’d need. Everyone that slept upstairs said the beds were very comfortable, and the property outdoors was amazing from the fire pit to the kayaking on the water. The neighbor came over and welcomed us and was super nice which I’ve never experienced at a vrbo. Our host……

“We loved having the three decks. The view of the lake was beautiful as well as relaxing. The bedroom we chose had sheers on the long windows and we woke every morning with a view of the lake...lovely!!”

“The house was as described and is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and even small amenities that was provided though not used. Would definitely book again. The only thing we found a little difficult was getting the paddle boat and kayaks in and out of the water. Although we were able to do it fairly easy. Great stay and wonderful place!! 5 stars!!”

“We did not turn on the TV once. Completely disconnected and enjoyed multiple fires both inside and out. The scenery was beautiful and we saw our first ever Northern Flicker! There were just two of us but I can see that a large family would enjoy the space as well.”
