「There was no staff. We did not see a single person during our stay. Everything was key coded. Parking was good. Room was clean. “Breakfast” was stale as it was pre-packaged food left on the bed upon arrival.」

「The accommodation itself was lovely with a beautiful bathroom, the building itself needed a bit of care in places but because this is a community owned building the money is needed for other things like the rooms which have been done. I do not think this is a hotel but more a bed and breakfast as you have to pay for an evening meal in the bar/restaurant downstairs every night along with any drinks, you are unable to charge them to your room. Fish and chips - fish soggy not crispy, pooling with oil and the crushed Parmesan potatoes like something you would concrete bricks together with and the local trout was so overcooked it was hard to chew it. 「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....
