"It was our first stay in New Zealand and after a long flight, it was nice to have a spacious king size suite with lake views. The view was amazing! Bathrooms were clean. The unit had everything we needed - hot showers, good water pressure, and kitchenette. There is a parking garage available that is very small and tight but you get used to it. You do hear cars but it didn’t really bother us. Location is convenient, 15-20 minute walk into town. There are stairs to get into the unit and the front desk so just beware if you have lots of luggage. "

"Good sized room & bathroom. Comfortable beds. Staff very efficient and friendly Good location and easy 15 min walk to town or there was a bus which stopped right outside the hotel. We didn’t use the pool or spa or restaurant so can’t really comment but it looked good. "

"The staff were very friendly &helpful. Rooms clean & the beds comfortable! We loved the ethos of the hotel to recycle as much as possible and even an organics bin in the kitchen! The restaurant is excellent "
