“Everything was great except for the pots, pans, and kettle. They were old and not in suitable condition for cooking. It would be great if they could be replaced with newer ones.”

“ Needs some TLC. Beds were a little hard. I would hate to stay there if it was warmer out. It was 23-25 Celsius out and it was roasting in there. Needs central air conditioning. Definitely need the cleaner to do a better job. The place was tidy but all surfaces were grimy. We had to scrub all the counter tops, fridge door handles cupboard door handles etc when we first checked in. The kitchen faucet was really loose and was leaking, must have been for awhile as a pail was put under the leak……

“The property was clean and ready for us on time. There was some confusion about how to lock the door that got resolved quickly. Parking was quite congested, but we also worked that out.”

“The kitchen utensils need an upgrade. Preparing food was tricky with the knives. Kitchen scissors didn’t work.Bedding could also use an upgrade as could the mattresses as they are really firm…I appreciate that’s a personal preference though. There was just one extra blanket in the unit and the bedspreads were pretty thin for cooler temps.”
