“The owner was welcoming and very helpful, making check-in a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and very clean overall, with only a few stains on the carpet. The kitchenette was roomy and included a fantastic full-size fridge—much larger than what you'll find in many popular hotel chains—although it hadn't been turned on before arrival. The rooms were easy to access, but each bed only came with two small pillows, and a couple of extras would have been appreciated. The exterior was……

“Our experience was not good. We arrived early in the evening after a day in Waterton Park. The bathtub drain was not draining well the water from the shower and my feet were always inside the soapy water. My wife found a spider inside the pillowcase and we found hair on the bed sheets. I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't come back or recommend it.”

“Like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for", and this was the case here. Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ……
