「House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.」

「Minimal breakfast gluten free almost non existent The bathroom tiles need to be changed as they had spots and looked dirty but fortunately they weren’t. Staff very helpful. Difficult finding the place . The Hotel needs a big sign as it can get very frustrating finding especially at night. 」

「This is definitely a 10/10 place. Could be one of best place I’ve ever stayed. The service was great. The staffs were all very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.」

「This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I have never encountered such a terrible hotel, or perhaps I shouldn't even call it a hotel; it's more like a room in a bar. First of all, there are no hotel staff here. There is no one working at the reception room. If you need anything, you have to go to the bar to find the waiters for assistance.
