「O hotel é administrado por uma família ( pais e filho) que foram extremamente gentis. Permitiram um check in mais cedo. Nos deram varias informações e dicas sobre a cidade e passeios. Anteciparam o horário do café da manhã para podermos sair cedo para os nossos passeios. O café da manhã é farto e com diversas opções. Ambiente acolhedor e muito bem decorado. Super recomendo 」

「The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...

「This is a lovely, fully renovated apartment in a lively area in the historic center of Lucca.
Great AC, comfortable beds, the perfect location, fabulous bathrooms and a thoughtfully outfitted kitchen make this apartment a winner. The fact that it overlooks the Piazza Napoleone means that we scored an unexpected Pucini rehearsal preparing for the following evening.
The area is lively, so enjoy the sound of Italians loving life, the sound of music in the piazza, the sound of early morning dog...

「Absolutely loved the location,the size of the apartment, the cleanliness!! Actually had the best night sleep of our entire trip!! We were just commenting on how we wish we could have taken the apartment with us to our next stay!! Just be prepared for the stairs, that is the only minor setback, however, that is Italy!! Be prepared to walk up or down!!」
