“Gringos, stay away! Both the hotel and restaurant staff seemed annoyed with our limited Spanish. We had to request service from the restaurant staff the whole time. The rooms are incredibly overpriced for the quality. We had toilet issues and no water pressure or hot water. They charged for everything, including the use of pillows. Worst hotel we stayed at while traveling in Guatemala!”

“Notre cabane n'avait pas de vue sur le lac comme tel mais elle était quand même proche (environ une centaine de pas) du lac. Propreté normal, pas extraordinaire. Bien équipé pour passer quelques jours sur place. Frigo, cuisinière, vaisselle, ustensiles, etc. Seul problème, nous étions 5 personnes et il y avait seulement 1 toilette/salle de bain.”
