"Great relaxing place "

"pool was enjoyable. room was okay, could of been cleaned better. had to ask a few times for someone to fix tv remote, no one came even tho we asked 3 times "

"Ocean view was great, clean casino, clean around pool areas, overall friendly staff. The resort is so large, that you could spend a week there and not discover everything there is. Restaurants are great. but food and drinks are pricy. even Starbucks is even more expensive there than at home. Only complaints would be poor water pressure in the hotel room shower, bad lighting and area to get ready in your room, upon arrival our room wasn't ready at check-in, and the site maps (because the resort is humongous) didn't always show "where you are" location so it was easy to get lost. Nothing to do with the resort, but you also get screwed over with the cab services. They over charge you and you just have to deal with it. "

"We would not stay here again. Half the staff is rude and unhappy. Gave us a hard time about stocking the fridge. Refused to stock in one day. Didn’t leave coffee 2 out of 4 days. Overall not happy with the hotel at all"

"It was a partial ocean view, master suite room. Gorgeous hotel, room and aesthetic. Absolutely amazing staff at the pool/bar and entertainment. The only place that wasnt great was at the buffet. The staff at the buffet werent attentive. "

"Had to change hotel room first day as it was 4:30 pm and the room wasn't turned over yet , there was ainenance with a ladder obstructing my view when I got there, plus it had a very musty/moldy smell. Food on the palace side was not good but great on the adults only side. Drinks were just OK, except for the chocolate martinis which were great. No free shuttle to the front gate have to hire a taxi to drive you 5 minutes to the gate. Staff barely understood anything I asked in English. The safe in my second room didn't work. I had no wash cloths in the second room. Had no idea where to hang garment to use the steamer, property isn't very well lit on the beach side at night. I did like that security came and quieted the noisy spring break neighbors yelling and talking loud at 2 am. "

"Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Our main cleaning staff was phenomenal. I’m a stickler for details and they met all of them! Love this place will absolutely recommend it to anyone!!!"
