"Overall, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. It would have been nice to have more family activities for older children and parents. The restaurants and cafe offerings were decent, but there were issues with making reservations online. The room was cleaned daily, however the cleaning occurred at random times. Also the washcloths were not replenished frequently, and too few were available."

"The property is beautiful, it is well maintained. The beach was perfect! Francisco was a wonderful addition to service at the palapa that we rented. Hugo was our favorite! Both waiters were on top of all of our needs throughout our stay. The food options are great. The location is wonderful! Would stay again in a heartbeat. We had two rooms as there were four of us. So much fun! Great for families!"

Aquí tienes la versión en inglés, manteniendo un tono natural y apropiado para un review: Although the service was good and the hotel was clean, overall I didn’t find anything that really impressed me. The buffet and restaurants were pretty standard, with nothing particularly special or memorable. For the price I paid, I expected a higher-level experience, especially when it came to the service, food, and overall quality of the stay. I can’t say it was a bad experience, but I definitely expected much more for the price. In my opinion, if you’re planning to spend that amount of money on a vacation, I would recommend considering other hotels that may offer a better overall experience and value for your money."
