"Incredibly mediocre. We requested complimentary water bottles to our room, which took 2 hours. No AC in the lobby and each restaurant, so you will be dripping in sweat while eating. Also you will be bothered by flies and mosquitoes while you eat so prepare for that. We asked for ice in our room, we were told to find ice machines by each elevator… surprise! Each one was broken. The walls are paper thin so you will hear every little thing going on around your room. Elevators weren’t working on our final day to bring our suitcases up to the lobby, including getting an error in the app when requesting a bellhop to assist with the luggage so now we’re dripping sweat. Our room wasn’t available until 5:30pm, including an employee being in our room with their shoes off when we walked in… It’s actually sad how bad the service was from the front desk. If they ever decided to answer the phone it would take 10+ minutes. The drinks made at the pool bar and lobby bar were perfect. Outside of that and 2 restaurants, I could never recommend this place. You can’t even enjoy your time on the beach or walking to the bigger with all the salesman begging you to buy pointless stuff. We should’ve went back to Aquamarine where the service was exceptional. This place needs a revamp"
Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive

"Overall we did not like the hotel. The food was ok, buffet was very small and à la carte restaurants were not impressive. We did see cockroaches in the buffet and around the hotel, at least 3 times. The shows at the hotel weren’t great, mostly bands that came to play. The hotel is also 45-60 minutes from Montego Bay, so it takes a while to get there and back. Pool was beautiful, beach was small but extremely rocky. Drinks were amazing and extremely strong. Would we go back? Probably not, this was our first time going to Jamaica and we would probably rather visit other hotels."

"My honey and I just visited EPC for our honeymoon and we loved it so much! Such a clean resort + very friendly staff. And an absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean. 9.5/10 the only downside was the restaurant food isn’t the best but the all you can eat buffet makes up for that!"

"Very nice hotel for a family vacation. The main pool is the biggest one in Puerto Rico. There are also two other pools that are more quiet. All three pools have a bar for drinks and food. There are several restaurants at the hotel and you don’t recessarily have to leave the resort to get anything. Nori Asian restaurant and Prime steakhouse were excellent. Recommend climbing up to the Britton Tower at El Yunque rain forest mountain, you can drive your car pretty high up and then hike for about 30-40min to the tower. Bacardi distillery tour is also highly recommended and was fun."
