「Rooms dont have phones. Property was under renovations so it was a bit disheveled. They dont have elevators. The staff were wonderful」

「This resort is obviously being renovated. Nothing was open but the motel. The restaurant, diner, pool, etc. had been closed by the health department. The 2 staff that we saw were very helpful and pleasant. We had to call the owner (obviously off-site somewhere) to get checked in and no one was available when we checked out. The room was clean but definitely needed upgrading. Their website should be amended so show the actual property. In the past I am sure it was a wonderful place to stay...

「Booked through Expedia and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, it was obvious the hotel was undergoing renovations. The lobby was effectively closed and check-in had to be done through an area behind the counter. After checking in, the owner advised that our room would not be available for much of the day because they were replacing refrigerators and microwaves. Considering the room had already been paid for, this was unacceptable. When we returned around 4:30 PM, we found...
