“Loved our stay at the Arches. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, as well as a subway stop. The parking garage is staffed 24/7.
The apartment was extremely spacious and bright, the bathroom had a tub. It was absolutely perfect for a family.
We did have issues with a family hanging out in the hallway after midnight for a looong time, they were very loud. But that’s not due to the property itself.”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. From the picture I thought the bathroom was off the bedroom, which I thought would be awkward, but the entrance to bathroom was in its own space, making it much easier for three people to share without disturbing each other. “Property was great, we loved our trip and our lodging was a big part of that. The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! "非常滿意的體驗！今次旅程找了很多價位相同的酒店做比較，在紐約想找到滿意的酒店而是這個價錢，是很難。跟很多大品牌酒店比起來，我發現這間會更出色。
2樓有 休息室，可以免費暢飲咖啡和茶。而且有水機，更備有水樽供客人使用，非常好！！
房間舒適，空間大，很滿意！！
唯一美中不足是沒有早餐提供，向酒店反映了也作出回應，希望下次來會有驚喜！！

"Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.
Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes.
I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
