“Front desk staff was lovely. It was Christmas Eve and I was greeted with huge smiles and I was given a gift for myself and my dog. She even offered to watch my dog while I brought my bags in from the car. Fantastic customer service, I will stay here again.”

“Should be better. I found a hair in the bad. Pillow is too high. Bed is ok. I don’t like the pool side view, which is a unopen indoor window to see the inside pool.But you can smell some bleach taste in the room when you sleeping. I booked for three people but only have two set towel. But the front desk staff is nice. I left my toothbrush in previous hotel and she gave me one for free. Don’t expect the breakfast, quite disappointed. ”
