「This establishment is terrible. I reserved it on Expedia but ended up cancelling about 24 hours later due to finding a hotel closer to our destination. I cancelled it on Expedia before the 24 hour cancellation policy. The Carlise Inn still charged me for the stay and now they are refusing to credit me back even though I followed policy. They're staff is very unhelpful.」
