The rooms are clean , brand new , smells good . The breakfast is yummy! The cheese eggs , bomb ! The staff is overall super friendly ! They know me by name . I love it there , and go almost every month !

We were very happy with our stay. The room was nice, the AC was great(weather was upper 90's), and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone was really nice and helpful. It was also nice to have the breakfast available, including a coffee machine with lots of options. Sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean was a great way to end the day. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and location was perfect. The rooms and the bathrooms were smaller than I expected but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. We utilized the pool, the fire and pits and the bikes. Over all would definitely come back.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing experience! Ocean views,literally across the street from the ocean. The staff was so incredibly friendly and made you feel so welcome! They had a really cozy firepit area & balcony deck that we enjoyed in the evening and also ate breakfast out on the deck and got to enjoy our coffee watching the ocean! The rooms aren't the most modern but they're clean & super cozy, ours even had a fireplace & windows that you could open to hear the sounds of the ocean. They also had beach towels to use. Street parking was free. We would absolutely stay here again.

the property itself is amazing. From the check in through the stay, the people are very helpful and quite friendly. the 2nd floor public area for complimentary breakfast is made even better by the unobstructed view of the ocean. Sitting there in the mornings was quite relaxing. But our room's bathroom was really small. In fact the vanity is in a different room which is a good idea except the shower and toilet room is so small it is tough move around. Our window A/C unit was more difficult to set up than it should have been.

The location of this hotel is great. It's across the street from the beach. There's also a rooftop bar that is at most a 2min walk from the hotel. The property is also located in a spot with plenty of street parking and you don't need to be moving it around because there's no time restrictions or having to pay for street parking. There's an ice machine easily accessible and plenty of restaurants at a walkable distance. The hotel also offers bikes for free among other things.

The sunset view deck is INCREDIBLE. You are literally steps from the ocean. The property is older, but they've done a decent job with remodeling. Feels more motel-ish than hotel-ish, and it's pricey, but you are paying for the location, not the amenities. The staff was stellar, the beds were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was better than I anticipated. Solid 4 stars, with the view being the showstopper.

This is a great place to stay. Across the street from the beach and steps away from Carlsbad Village. The rooms are huge with a nice living area, a dressing area, a big master bedroom and a nicely appointed bathroom. The staff is wonderful. They even let you park your car there for two hours after checkout so you can do some last minute shopping! Can't wait to go back.

Tee rooms were very clean and the staff there was fantastic. Everyone was very polite and helpful. It's nice to see and experience this level of customer service these days. So many other places make you feel like it's a privilege that you stay there. Here you feel very welcome and you clearly get the feeling they are interested in serving you. Highly recommended.
