This spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom standalone suite, located exclusively in The Cove neighbourhood, features a primary bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with a standard shower/tub combination. A generous living room includes a separate dining area, TV, and queen-size sleeper sofa. The suite also features a full kitchen that includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink, dishes and utensils. Though many units contain an in-room washer/dryer, some do not. Complimentary community laundry facilities are available in each building. Each unit includes a patio or balcony. All buildings contain elevators to access higher floors.
