「Comfortable room and well maintained. The staff was so helpful during our stay. Recommended a l8st of restaurants and made us feel valued. Swimming pool and hot tub were very nice. We did use the hot tub during our stay. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We would stay there again!」

「To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.」

「Spacious parking lot, clean lobby. Room was spacious with a HUGE comfortable bed. Plenty of water pressure. The coffee maker was missing the tray and was therefore unusable. When I left, the door wouldn’t latch. You could just push it open. I notified the receptionist and manager. Room 116. 」

「My brother and I were very happy with the room. there was amply room for a wheelchair accessible room. My only complaint would be that when asked if there is a pet fee we be told that there is one. Upon calling to confirm that pets were allowed and was there a fee I was not told about the fee!」

「Compared to the brand-name hotels further down the road, this inn is basic and might seem questionable as you turn into the dirt lot and see the trailers. HOWEVER, the lovely couple who runs this place is so friendly and helpful. Our room was small but fit a queen sized bed, a desk, a wardrobe, refrigerator, microwave, and the sink.
