「This is a very cute cottage for a small party of two people. Beyond two people it would be cramped. It is reasonably close to the Point Park beaches and the Canal Park area of Duluth. The kitchen was well equipped and supplied as was the bathroom with linens. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it with the following "head's-up's".. There was a leak in the basement and the owners came to the rental within half an hour and were back the next morning right when they said they would be to take care of it and they refunded one of our 3 nights stay because of the inconvenience.
