The Carly Estate | Luxe Wine Country Experience w/ 2 Homes, Entire Lake, Trails & 21 Gorgeous Acres

  • Welcome to The Carly, a one-of-a-kind retreat tucked into the heart of Oregon Wine Country. Spread across 21 private acres, this exceptional estate offers two stunning homes—The Carly Fern Lodge and The Carly Hummingbird Cottage—surrounded by towering trees, thoughtfully restored meadows, peaceful trails, and an entire lake perfect for fishing, paddling, or simply soaking in the quiet beauty of nature.

Together, these two homes offer 9 exquisitely designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it an ideal destination for family gatherings, friend reunions, corporate retreats, or special celebrations. Every room, corner, and pathway has been intentionally created to foster connection, comfort, and calm—with a touch of magic throughout.

    Estate Features

★ An entire lake for fishing, paddleboarding, or peaceful reflection

★ Expansive patios with seating for indoor/outdoor enjoyment

★ Miles of walking trails through restored oak savanna and native meadows

★ Landscaped gardens that bloom with the seasons—home to pollinators, birds, and butterflies

★ Multiple outdoor gathering spaces: firepits, patios, picnic spots, and stargazing nooks

★ Professionally designed interiors with bespoke furniture, curated artwork, and cozy touches throughout

★ High-speed WiFi, fully stocked professional-grade kitchen, and thoughtful amenities in both homes

★ 220V Power for food carts or other event needs

★ Custom ping pong table in detached cabin to keep noise separated and competition high

★ Cozy lakeside Quiet Cabin, which is perfect for naps, book binges, or quiet reflection and enjoyment

★ Ample parking for dozens of cars

We’ve spent these last few years thoughtfully shaping this land—clearing invasive growth, restoring native plants, and allowing the forest and meadow to come back to life. Now, it’s your turn to experience it.

Drink wine by the fire. Share stories over homemade meals. Grab the boots, hit the trails, or cast a line in the lake. Most of all, slow down and reconnect—to the land, to your people, and to the moment you're in.

At The Carly, it’s not about luxury for luxury’s sake. It’s about simple pleasures, intentional design, and the joy of shared experience. Welcome to your next great memory.

If you are interested in hosting an event here, please reach out about requirements and costs. You can find us at iTrip Northwest or The Carly.

The Carly Estate was the most amazing property! Incredibly well designed and thought out for all of our travelers during our stay - it really had it all! The grounds were gorgeous and made for great time spent outdoors. iTrip was also great in answering all of our questions leading up to and during our stay. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Serenity

The Carly Estate is the quintessential example of what a countryside estate should be. Peace, serenity, and relaxation everywhere you look. Every moment is a picture perfect view from the curated rooms, ensuites, to the kitchen, to the bar. Of course I can’t forget the fishing pond, the landscaping and gorgeous rolling hills behind the property. Not only was the property absolutely perfect, but the management team leading up to and during our stay were responsive and immensely helpful no matter the request.

The perfect workshop setting!

I recently hosted a workshop for photographers here and it could not have been more perfect. The location was ideal and my attendees could not get over the beautiful setting. With us being in the wedding industry- our standard for detail is high. The Carly Estate exceeded our expectations and the footage we gathered was stunning. The house and grounds were so beautiful and the hosts made everything so easy. We hope to be back soon!!

Spectacular Thanksgiving

We just had a spectacular Thanksgiving 4 day weekend at The Carly. It totally blew my expectations away. Because of the spacious layout of the interiors and the beautiful park-like grounds themselves everyone, was free to have their own fun without intruding on others. We had such a great time we are talking about making this an annual event. If you are having a good sized family or friends get together The Carly is the perfect place for your celebration.

Incredible Property

From the moment you step foot on this property you can feel how special it is. You are completely transported somewhere new. I loved it all, but the art was a stand out to me. Unique, eclectic, cool and absolutely makes the space. I can’t believe I was one of the first guest to stay in this magical place and I’ll be back soon!

Magical Team Getaway

What an exceptional property! I hosted a small team for an offsite at The Carly over 2 days, and can't rave enough about the experience. Every detail of the property has been meticulously designed and planned, with beauty all around. The setting is stunning, the property is vast with so much room to explore, and the houses felt like the homes we all want to live in! My team couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed the experience overall. It was the perfect setting to appreciate nature, connect with our team, and workshop the future. Highly recommend The Carly for team offsites, family reunions, larger groups for wine tasting, or (of course) big events like weddings.
